24/7 emergency service
Initially, one of our staff members will assess the breakdown and attempt to assist you remotely. If the issue requires on-site resolution, we will schedule a technician to attend to it.
The terms and conditions for intervention will be defined and documented during the creation of the SLA in collaboration with you.
