Mobile telescopic belt conveyor
The pewiLOAD™ is applied as a charging system at:
- Box transport;
- Bag transport
- Level loading of goods;
- Large loading volumes on an annual basis;
- Fixed arrangement integrated into existing supply system from above.
The pewiLOAD™ consists of a long belt conveyor equipped with multiple undercarriages. The undercarriages are equipped with fixed wheels that run partially through a guideway. The power supply is provided by a cable reel which automatically unwinds the cable when the conveyor moves in or out of the container. At the front of the belt conveyor is a sensor linked to the controller. If a piece of cargo is in front of the sensor, the belt is stopped.
The feeding of piece goods can be done by a gravity roller conveyor with transition rollers.
